Duration:

3+ Months on W2 contract Seeking an experienced Corporate Recruiter with strong manufacturing hiring experience to support full-cycle recruiting for Finance, Procurement, HR, Production, EHS, Engineering, and operational roles.

Responsibilities:

Manage full-cycle recruiting from intake to onboarding Partner with hiring managers and business leaders Source candidates through job boards, social media, and networking Conduct resume screening, interview coordination, and candidate selection Build talent pipelines and improve recruiting strategies Ensure compliance with hiring policies and employment laws

Requirements:

5+ years of corporate recruiting experience Strong manufacturing recruitment background required Experience hiring for technical, operational, and corporate roles Excellent sourcing, communication, and stakeholder management skills Proficiency with MS Office and recruiting tools Bachelor s degree preferred Local Reno candidates strongly preferred due to onsite requirements.
