Job Description

Talent Acquisition Specialist (5629) Together for Youth $65,000.00 - $68,000.00 Salary United States, York, Albany Aug 28, 2026 Description What we are looking for
Education:
Associates degree in human resources or related field required. Bachelor's degree in human resources preferred.
Experience:
3 years of full cycle recruiting(including background check) experience required with a focus on human services being advantageous. Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS)
Certifications:
Preferred certifications include SHRM-CP/PHR or SHRM-SCP/SPHR, with SHRM's Talent Acquisition Specialty Credential being a plus.
License and Schedule:
Must possess a valid driver's license and be able to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends as required by the agency.
