Job Description The Bi-lingual Human Resources Recruiter is currently seeking an experienced recruiter with outstanding people skills. The Recruiter is responsible for all aspects of the recruitment, interviewing, selection and pre-employment processing of all new employees. Ensures all candidates for employment meet the minimum qualifications needed.

Requirements:

Develop and implement recruiting strategies to source the best talent Review job descriptions to understand the needs of the hiring manager Advertise job openings on job boards, social networks, career websites and other potential recruiting platforms Screen resumes and job applications, conducting initial interviews to assess applicant's suitability for the role Conduct reference checks and coordinate background checks if necessary Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers Provide regular updates to hiring managers on candidate status and recruitment process Build and maintain a network of potential candidates through proactive market research and ongoing relationship management Negotiate employment contracts and extend job offers Attend job fairs and recruitment events to source potential candidates Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations regarding employment

Knowledge and Skills:

• Excellent communication skills both oral and written.
• Excellent organizational skills with intense focus on detail, accuracy, and follow through.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• HRIS and Applicant Tracking Experience preferred.
