Partnering with department heads to identify hiring needs and define ideal candidate profiles. Designing and implementing a comprehensive onboarding program to ensure a smooth transition for new hires. Supporting the Learning & Development strategy by identifying training needs during the recruitment and integration phases. Coordinating internal training sessions and professional development initiatives for current employees. Building a sustainable talent pipeline through proactive sourcing and networking. Managing the administrative aspects of the hiring and onboarding journey experience 2-3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably within the construction, skills Communication Empathy Time management Critical thinking Active listening Persuasiveness qualifications Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to handle confidential information with discretion. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field. Proven experience in a similar recruitment role. Excellent command of both Greek and English, written and spoken. Proficiency in MS Office and experience using LinkedIn Recruiter. share this job.
