Your Success Profile What You Will Work On Orchestrate Seamless Interviews:
Expertly schedule and manage a high volume of interviews, ensuring a smooth and positive experience for all candidates and hiring teams. Champion theCandidate Journey:
Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates, providing timely updates, and detailed information about the interview process, as well as addressing any inquiries with care and professionalism.Drive Operational Excellence:
Oversee the background check process, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely completion. Maintain meticulous records, track progress, and proactively communicate updates to hiring managers.Streamline Recruiting Operations:
Post job descriptions, manage applications in our ATS, and ensure all recruiting materials are current and accurate.Craft Exceptional Offers:
Prepare and deliver compelling offer letters and new hire documents, ensuring a welcoming and professional onboarding experience.Facilitate Travel & Logistics:
Arrange travel for candidates as needed, ensuring a comfortable and hassle-free experience.Support Recruiting Events:
Assist in planning and executing recruiting events, contributing to a strong employer brand and positive candidate interactions.Ensure Data Integrity:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date information in all recruiting systems, contributing to data-driven decision-making.Support TA Enablement Projects:
Partner with the Lead, TA Enablement & Operations to execute cross-functional operational projects—tooling rollouts, integrations, and process changes—contributing to kickoff, testing, adoption, and completion.Pilot AI & Automation Tools:
Help evaluate and pilot AI and automation tools that improve coordination workflows across sourcing, scheduling, reporting, and candidate communications; provide hands-on testing, feedback, and adoption support during rollouts. Contribute toKPI Reporting:
Support the operational rhythm of the TA Enablement function by helping maintain KPI reporting on scheduling accuracy, pipeline throughput, and candidate satisfaction, and surfacing trends and insights to the Lead.Build & Maintain Documentation:
Assist in creating and updating SOPs, runbooks, and team playbooks that reduce dependency on any one individual and allow the coordination function to scale.Drive Process Improvements:
Partner with the Lead to identify process bottlenecks and implement improvements that measurably enhance team efficiency, pipeline throughput, and candidate experience quality.Continuous Improvement:
Identify opportunities to enhance the candidate experience and streamline recruiting processes, actively contributing to operational excellence.Additional Responsibilities:
