Overview We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle, sourcing qualified candidates, and coordinating interview processes to ensure a seamless hiring experience. This job will feature bonus opportunities, gas/mileage reimbursement, and possible overtime opportunities Duties Manage the entire recruitment process from job posting to onboarding, ensuring timely and efficient hiring practices Source candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, networking events, job fairs, and referrals Conduct full cycle recruiting activities such as reviewing applications, screening resumes, scheduling and conducting interviews in conjuction with HR team Schedule and conduct interviews with candidates according to company guidelines, providing necessary support throughout the interview process Collaborate with hiring teams to understand staffing needs and develop effective sourcing strategies Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions and recruitment activities in applicant tracking systems Ensure compliance with company policies and employment regulations during all stages of recruitment Skills Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices in full cycle recruiting Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with candidates and hiring teams Ability to source candidates effectively using various platforms and techniques Organizational skills to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously and meet deadlines Proficiency in applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools is preferred Attention to detail and professionalism in handling sensitive candidate information Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment

Pay:

$25.00 - $28.00 per hour
