Our client is currently seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to join their team. This is a full-time, permanent position.
Responsibilities Include:
Manage the full-cycle recruiting process, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring qualified candidates. Coordinate onboarding to ensure a positive new hire experience. Partner with hiring managers and HR to support staffing needs and training transitions. Build candidate pipelines through community outreach, job fairs, and local partnerships. Maintain applicant tracking systems and recruiting documentation. Deliver an excellent candidate and employee experience throughout the hiring process.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred. 3+ years of recruiting experience required. Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and able to learn HRIS and applicant tracking systems. Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment.
