In-Person (Franklin Square, NY 11010)About the Role We're hiring a Junior Recruiter to support high-volume hiring for entry-level technician positions . This is a hands-on recruiting role for someone who is comfortable being on the phone most of the day, moving fast, and keeping candidates and hiring managers informed. If you like a steady pace, clear expectations, and filling jobs week after week, this role is for you. What You'll Be Doing Recruit full-time for entry-level and technician roles Make high-volume outbound and inbound calls to candidates daily Screen candidates by phone and clearly explain job details Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers Keep regular communication with hiring managers on candidate status and feedback Serve as the main point of contact for candidates throughout the process Send post-offer documents (offer letters, onboarding paperwork, next-step instructions) to candidates and track completion Follow up with candidates to ensure paperwork is completed on time Update candidate records accurately in the ATS Help ensure a smooth, respectful candidate experience from first call through offer What We're Looking For 1-2 years of recruiting or high-volume hiring experience Experience recruiting hourly, entry-level, or frontline roles (healthcare, home services, warehouse, call center, staffing, etc.) Comfortable spending most of the workday on the phone Organized, dependable, and able to manage multiple open roles at once Clear communicator with strong follow-through Preferred (Not Required) Experience recruiting technicians or field-based roles Experience coordinating interviews and offers Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred , to support communication with a diverse candidate population; not required Familiarity with ATS systems and job boards What Success Looks Like High daily call and screen volume Interviews and offers moving quickly with minimal delays Post-offer paperwork completed accurately and on time Hiring managers and candidates kept informed Positions filled consistently and efficiently Why Join Us Clear, straightforward recruiting role Steady hiring needs and consistent workload Opportunity to grow into a higher-level recruiter role Direct impact on keeping field teams staffed

Pay:
