In this vital role, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and sanitation of residential or commercial spaces, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring all areas meet the highest standards of hygiene and presentation. Your attention to detail and proactive approach will contribute to a positive experience for everyone who enters the space. Duties Perform thorough cleaning of residential or commercial spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces to uphold cleanliness standards Handle laundry tasks such as washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens and clothing items efficiently Maintain floor care by sweeping, polishing, buffing, and applying appropriate treatments to preserve flooring quality Ensure all sanitation protocols are followed meticulously to promote a healthy environment Provide excellent customer service by addressing residents' or guests' needs promptly and professionally Manage janitorial supplies inventory, restocking as necessary to ensure smooth operations Execute specialized cleaning tasks such as carpet cleaning, upholstery care, or window washing when required Skills Proven experience in residential or commercial cleaning environments with janitorial or custodial expertise Strong knowledge of sanitation practices and floor care techniques Ability to perform laundry duties efficiently while maintaining high standards of cleanliness Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor Experience in hotel housekeeping or housecleaning management is a plus Familiarity with cleaning equipment such as vacuums, steam cleaners, buffers, and carpet extractors Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while managing multiple tasks effectively Join us in creating pristine spaces that bring comfort and joy!
