Job Description

Join Millbrook Support Services as a Education Recruiter! We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Education Recruiter to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, recruiting, and placing qualified medical professionals to meet the needs of our clients. This position requires a high level of energy, strong communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruiting & Sourcing:
Identify and attract top medical talent through various channels including job boards, social media, and networking.
Client Interaction:
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their staffing needs and provide exceptional service.
Candidate Screening:
Conduct initial phone screenings and interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit.
Multi-Tasking:
Manage multiple job requisitions and prioritize tasks effectively to meet deadlines.
Documentation:
Maintain accurate records of candidate and client interactions, ensuring compliance with company policies.
Qualifications:
Strong communication skills and ability to effectively interact with candidates and clients. Previous experience recruiting for education positions. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Proficiency in using recruitment software and Microsoft Office Suite. Must be able to commute to the office M-F.
