Compensation Range:
$27.16 - $38.03 _The referenced pay range represents the minimum and maximum compensation for this job. Individual annual salaries/hourly rates will be set within the job's compensation range, and will be determined by considering factors including, but not limited to, market data, education, experience, qualifications, expertise of the individual, and internal equity considerations._Responsibilities:
- Acts as a team lead for other Talent Recruitment Specialists initiating the planning, developing, implementation and evaluation of recruitment strategies and activities to support the recruitment needs of divisions across the University.
Essential Functions:
- + Recruits, screens and performs reference checks and background checks on qualified candidates in preparation for referral to hiring managers.
Minimum Education & Experience:
