Snider-Blake is a leader in the staffing industry dedicated to delivering exceptional service and fostering a dynamic work environment. We are looking for an experienced Onsite Recruiting Manager to join our team and support our workforce in a busy warehouse setting.
Job Summary:
The Onsite Recruiting Manager will be responsible for overseeing the full cycle recruiting process, ensuring that we attract, retain, and develop top talent. This role involves actively engaging with associates and fostering a positive recruitment experience within our warehouse environment. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in high-volume recruitment, exceptional interpersonal skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Full Cycle Recruiting:
Manage the entire recruitment process from job posting, sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding to ensure that staffing needs are met promptly and efficiently.
Sourcing Candidates:
Utilize various sourcing techniques, including job boards, social media, employee referrals, and networking to build a pipeline of quality candidates.
Interviewing and Selection:
Conduct interviews, assessments, and reference checks to select the best candidates for the organization while ensuring a positive candidate experience. Engagement with
Associates:
Serve as the main point of contact for active associates, addressing their needs, conducting regular check-ins, and fostering a supportive work environment.
Collaboration:
Partner with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs, develop job descriptions, and implement effective recruitment strategies.
Performance Metrics:
Track recruitment metrics and provide regular reports on hiring status, turnover rates, and other relevant data to senior management.
Compliance:
Ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements throughout the recruitment process.
Qualifications:
Minimum of two years experience in recruiting preferred, preferably in a warehouse or manufacturing environment. Proven experience managing the full-cycle recruitment process. Strong understanding of recruitment strategies and best practices, especially for high-volume hiring. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization. Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR software. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
