This is a dynamic position with a flexible schedule that works closely with our Marketing, HR, and Training departments . We're looking for someone with previous recruiting or related experience who is eager to learn, enjoys working with people, and is excited to learn more about the construction industry .

WHAT YOU'LL DO

You'll play an important role in helping Vaughn attract new talent while supporting company-wide communication, marketing, and events. Support the Marketing team with recruiting and company initiatives Lead tours of Vaughn facilities for prospective employees, students, and visitors Assist with internal communications and employee engagement Represent Vaughn at career fairs and recruiting events Order, organize, and manage promotional materials Plan and coordinate internal and external events Track, analyze, and report recruiting and marketing analytics and trends Collaborate with HR, Marketing, and Training to develop new ways to attract and engage talent

Overnight travel is limited and varies based on business needs.
