In this role, you will: Partner with clients to understand their strategic goals and hiring needs Develop targeted research and recruiting strategies Research client companies, competitors, and industry markets Define role criteria and develop position specifications Identify and track prospective candidates using multiple sourcing channels Interview and evaluate candidates for qualifications, cultural fit, and compatibility Conduct confidential candidate interviews and follow up with references and background checks Present qualified candidates to clients along with detailed profile summaries Guide clients and candidates through the offer and negotiation process Assist with candidate transitions and onboarding after placement Build long-term client relationships and expand your professional network Develop expertise within a specialized industry or functional area Continuously research and generate new recruiting leads If you're motivated, relationship-driven, and interested in a career with significant professional and financial upside, we'd welcome a confidential conversation.
