Our mission is assisting people with developmental disabilities to have access to opportunities to build safe, healthy and meaningful lives in the community. We are looking for Caring, Compassionate applicants that are detail oriented, who also share a passion for providing the best services possible to the individuals we serve. Applicant must be able to handle high stress environments and being on their feet for multiple hours. This position is flexible with varied hours. Applicant must also be able to pass a physicaldrug screen as well as a Background Check. Choices in Community Living is looking to fill the role of a full-time HR Recruiter. Job responsibilities include but are not limited too, scheduling and conducting interviews, reviewing applications and resumes received online and in house. Conducting preliminary phone screens for potential candidates. Tracking of open positions, physical and drug screens, and BCI reports. Communicating with Program Directors and Program managers on open positions along with potential candidates for open positions. Applicants are required to ha ve: Two year degree in Human Resources or equivalent experience. Valid Drivers License (Less than 4 points)
