Job Description

HR Midstream Recruiter
Location:
San Antonio, XT or Findlay, OH
Duration:
6 months to begin with the potential to extend

Responsibilities:
Manages end-to-end recruitment, including candidate sourcing, screening, assessment, presentation, debriefing, offer negotiation, and ensuring a positive experience. Establishes and nurtures strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders, providing a consultative approach and representing thepany's values Performs effective recruitment strategies using various recruiting methods to attract diverse candidates. Assess candidates through resume screening and phone interviews to evaluate their qualifications, skills, and fit for specific roles. Manages timelymunication and engagement throughout the recruitment process. Maintains current and accurate applicant record information and data integrity within the Applicant Tracking System, ensuringpliance, data privacy, and confidentiality requirements. Monitors recruitment metrics and performance indicators to drive a positive stakeholder experience.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree required, preferably in Human Resources Management or Business Administration. 4+ years of full life cycle Talent Acquisition experience required Experience with Workday ATS system preferred Experience in petroleum, utilities, manufacturing or related fields preferred Experience supporting high volume roles preferred HR Midstream Recruiter Client Sales Rep
