Job Description

Keltec is seeking a highly organized and driven Recruiter to support our growing manufacturing operations. This role is responsible for full-cycle recruiting for hourly positions and providing administrative support for portions of the salaried hiring process. The ideal candidate brings manufacturing recruiting experience, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and demonstrates exceptional attention to detail and organizational skill.
Duties/Responsibilities:
Hourly Recruiting Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for hourly manufacturing roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and timelines Develop and maintain talent pipelines for high-volume roles Post and manage job advertisements across multiple platforms Coordinate and conduct structured interviews Extend offers and support pre-employment processes Salary Recruiting Provide administrative support including scheduling interviews, coordinating calendars, and managing candidate communications Maintain applicant tracking system (ATS) records Prepare offer documentation and onboarding materials Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the process Operations & Compliance Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in ATS Ensure compliance with all employment laws and company policies Track recruiting metrics such as time-to-fill and candidate flow Support continuous improvement of recruiting processes Required Qualifications 5+ years of recruiting experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment Proven experience managing high-volume hourly recruiting Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and Microsoft Office Preferred Qualifications Bachelors or equivalent experience Experience supporting salaried or professional hiring processes Knowledge of workforce planning in a manufacturing setting Experience with onboarding and pre-employment processes ADP Experience Bilingual not required but highly valued Key Competencies Highly organized and detail-oriented Adaptable and able to thrive in a fast-paced culture Relationship-driven and collaborative Execution-focused with strong follow-through Why Join Keltec?
