Responsibilities Lead full cycle recruiting processes, including candidate sourcing, interviewing, and hiring for multiple roles across the organization. Develop innovative sourcing strategies utilizing social media marketing (recruitment), talent management software, and other channels to attract high-quality candidates. Conduct talent management activities such as campus recruitment, executive recruiting, and high-volume recruitment campaigns to meet organizational needs. Manage relationships with hiring managers to understand role requirements and provide expert guidance on employment law in talent management and HR legal compliance. Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) like Lever or Kenexa BrassRing to track candidate progress and streamline recruitment workflows. Negotiate offers with candidates, ensuring alignment with company policies and employment law standards. Maintain a strong understanding of HR systems such as UltiPro and Paychex for onboarding, employee orientation, and employee evaluation processes. Requirements Proven experience in recruiting within human resources, including external recruiting, internal recruiting, and technical recruiting. Strong negotiation skills coupled with excellent communication skills to effectively engage candidates and hiring managers. Demonstrated ability in candidate sourcing through research, cold calling, social media marketing (recruitment), and leveraging talent management software. Knowledge of employment & labor law applicable to talent acquisition and employee relations practices. Familiarity with HR systems such as ATS platforms (e.g., Lever, Kenexa BrassRing), UltiPro, or Paychex for managing recruitment data. Ability to handle high-volume recruitment projects efficiently while maintaining attention to detail. Experience in training & development initiatives related to onboarding or succession planning is a plus.
