Due to growth, we have an opportunity in Mason, OH to add to staff for a Recruiter to join our team! The primary responsibility of the Recruiter is to create and execute staffing programs that will deliver the talented employees our clients need to run and grow their operations. Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute successful recruiting programs for our client base Accurately maintain and update applicant, employee, and client data within operational software systems Assist Business Development Manager in obtaining new client leads Provide our clients with outstanding customer service Build and maintain a proactive pipeline of qualified talent to enable efficient and timely fulfillment of client hiring needs

Essential Skills and Functions:

Excellent oral and written communication skills Ability to organize and manage multiple priorities/projects Strong problem-solving skills & interpersonal savvy

Desired Qualifications:
