Job Description

We are looking for a Recruiter to join our team in Ohio in a fully onsite, contract role with the potential to become permanent. This position supports a fast-paced hiring environment and is ideal for someone who can manage multiple priorities while delivering a strong candidate experience. You will work closely with an experienced HR and compliance team to identify talent, move applicants efficiently through the hiring process, and help meet ongoing workforce demands.
Responsibilities:
  • Manage full-cycle recruiting activities for high-volume hiring needs, from sourcing and screening through offer coordination and onboarding support.
  • Build candidate pipelines using job boards and other recruiting channels to attract applicants with relevant experience for open positions.
  • Conduct phone and in-person interviews, evaluate qualifications, and recommend suitable candidates to hiring leaders.
  • Maintain accurate applicant records and hiring activity within the applicant tracking system and related recruiting tools.
  • Coordinate interview scheduling, candidate communication, and follow-up to keep the hiring process moving efficiently.
  • Partner with compliance and leadership teams to help ensure pre-employment steps are completed in line with company and industry requirements.
  • Support recruiting operations in a collaborative office environment while balancing individual ownership and team-based goals.
  • Use transportation-focused hiring platforms and internal systems to track candidates, organize workflows, and manage recruiting progress.
