Staffing Coordinator Needed Experience in recruiting or a strong customer service background/account management is necessary.

Main job functions include:

Recruiting - you will be on the phone & on your computer the majority of the day Provide customer service excellence to our customers as the point person for the daily operations of filling orders to meet customer needs. Interviewing, hiring/terminating & scheduling, in order to maintain proper staffing levels. Data entry, records maintenance, participation in recruiting events, advertising, job flyers, online postings, and networking.

Computer skills are a must:

accurate documentation and the ability to communicate effectively is needed There is opportunity to advance.
