Job Duties:
Manage full-cycle recruiting for a variety of corporate roles (e.g., Engineering, IT, Finance, Supply Chain, Customer Service) Partner with human resources to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies Source candidates through multiple channels, including job boards, social media, networking, and referrals Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit Coordinate and facilitate interview processes, including scheduling and feedback collection Maintain a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring journey Track recruiting metrics and provide insights to improve hiring outcomes Ensure compliance with company policies and employment laws Support employer branding and talent pipeline initiatives Minimum Qualifications High School Diploma or GED 2-4 years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a corporate or agency environment Must be able to work onsite in New Bremen, Ohio Must be able to travel 5-10% Proven ability to manage multiple requisitions and meet hiring deadlines Strong interviewing, negotiation, and relationship-building skills Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and sourcing tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter) Excellent communication and organizational skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment Preferred Qualifications Experience recruiting across multiple functional areas Knowledge of employment laws and hiring best practices Experience with data-driven recruiting and analytics Professional certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus
