This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive recruiter who enjoys taking ownership of searches, partnering with hiring managers, and finding creative solutions to staffing challenges. The position offers competitive salary plus quarterly incentive payouts based on results! Responsibilities Manage full-cycle recruiting from intake through offer and pre-employment processing. Partner with hiring managers and HR to understand staffing needs and priorities. Post positions, review applications, conduct phone screens, and coordinate interviews. Proactively source candidates and build pipelines using LinkedIn Recruiter and other channels. Prepare and extend offers and coordinate background checks and drug screenings. Maintain accurate information in the applicant tracking system. Deliver a professional, positive experience for candidates and hiring managers. Qualifications One to two years of high-volume, metrics-driven recruiting experience. Strong sourcing, communication, organization, and critical-thinking skills. Ability to manage multiple positions and priorities. Experience with applicant tracking systems, LinkedIn Recruiter, and Microsoft Office. Knowledge of employment laws and recruiting best practices. Bachelor's degree preferred. This is an on-site position in the North Canton area. Our client offers competitive compensation and benefits!
