Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Manager to join our team in Blacklick, Ohio. In this role, you will oversee high-volume recruitment efforts, develop candidate pipelines, and ensure a seamless hiring experience for all applicants. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in talent acquisition strategies and possess strong leadership capabilities to guide a team of coordinators.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and execute full-cycle recruitment processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Develop and maintain a robust candidate pipeline to meet high-volume hiring needs.
- Manage job postings across multiple platforms to attract top talent.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align recruitment strategies with organizational goals.
- Ensure exceptional candidate experiences throughout the hiring process.
- Supervise and mentor a team of talent acquisition coordinators to achieve recruitment objectives.
- Utilize applicant tracking systems to streamline hiring operations and track recruitment metrics.
- Prepare and present reports on recruitment strategies and outcomes to leadership.
- Identify and implement innovative sourcing techniques to enhance talent acquisition efforts.
