Key Responsibilities Source and identify potential candidates through online tools, networking, referrals, and outreach activities. Connect with professionals by phone, email, and social media to discuss career opportunities. Conduct candidate screenings and interviews. Build and maintain relationships with candidates throughout the recruiting process. Learn about various industries, career paths, and hiring trends. Maintain accurate candidate information within recruiting systems. Collaborate with team members to support successful search assignments. What We're Looking For Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Comfortable talking with people and building relationships. Positive attitude and willingness to learn. Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and dependable. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Ability to remain persistent and resilient when facing challenges. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and general computer skills. Bachelor's degree preferred but not required. Comfortable working onsite in our office in Solon, OH. No recruiting experience required. Candidates with backgrounds in customer service, hospitality, sales, athletics, retail, marketing, communications, or other people-focused roles are encouraged to apply.
