$20/hr Job Description A business service company is seeking a Recruiter to work Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Duties:

Source and attract candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events Screen and evaluate resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates Manage the full recruitment process, ensuring a positive candidate experience Administer pre-employment testing and background checks as required Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for future job openings

Job Requirements Qualifications:

Must have 2+ years of experience in recruiting or talent acquisition Must be proficient in using recruiting software, applicant tracking systems, and job boards Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously is needed Only candidates that can pass a background check and drug screen will be considered.
