Provide an excellent candidate experience/focus on truck drivers and introduction to Aim Work within Tenstreet ATS System to qualify candidates Collaborate with a recruitment team that has a Can-Do attitude to recruit the best-in-class talent to Aim Utilize multi-tasking skills Excellent customer service/ selling skills with a positive attitude Collaborate with management team regarding open jobs Ability to learn new systems and processes Follow new hire guidelines to pre-qualify candidates Collaborate with all levels of the management team to coordinate interview, discuss recruiting needs and provide candidate feedback Possibility of recruiting other job opening within Aim and willingness to learn other job qualifications within Aim Ability for possible travel for new accounts and hiring events

Full Time Job Requirements:

Associates degree required, Bachelor's degree preferred in Human resources, Communication, Marketing or related field ATS or HRIS systems experience TenStreet ATS Experience Preferred Positive attitude with a team player mentality Excellent customer service/selling skills 1+ years' experience of high volume recruiting preferably in the transportation industry Proficient in Microsoft Office and able to adapt/learn various software applications Benefits for
