Position Summary We are seeking a motivated and organized Healthcare Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Coordinator to lead the full-cycle recruitment process for all healthcare positions within our organization. This role is responsible for sourcing, screening, interviewing, vetting, and onboarding qualified candidates while ensuring a professional and efficient hiring experience. The ideal candidate is highly organized, people-focused, detail-oriented, and experienced in fast-paced healthcare recruiting environments. Key Responsibilities Recruitment & Talent Acquisition Manage full-cycle recruiting for all healthcare and support staff positions. Source candidates through Indeed and other recruiting platforms. Review resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates. Conduct phone screenings and initial candidate evaluations. Communicate with candidates through Indeed messaging, email, and phone. Schedule and coordinate in-person interviews with hiring managers. Maintain consistent follow-up communication throughout the hiring process. Candidate Vetting & Onboarding Conduct reference checks, background checks, and employment verifications. Verify licenses, certifications, and healthcare credentials. Prepare and distribute offer letters and onboarding paperwork. Ensure all pre-employment requirements are completed accurately and timely. Coordinate onboarding and orientation for new hires. Administrative & Compliance Duties Maintain organized and confidential employee records. Ensure hiring processes remain compliant with healthcare regulations and company policies. Track candidate pipelines, interview statuses, and hiring metrics. Assist with maintaining HR documentation and personnel files. Support additional administrative hiring tasks as needed. Qualifications Previous recruiting or talent acquisition experience preferred, especially in healthcare. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Experience using Indeed Recruiter and applicant tracking systems preferred. Ability to multitask and manage multiple open positions simultaneously. High attention to detail and strong organizational skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer systems. Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times. Preferred Qualifications Healthcare recruiting experience strongly preferred. Knowledge of healthcare credentialing and compliance requirements. Experience coordinating onboarding and pre-employment screenings. Why Join Us?
