CFS Brands is seeking a detail-oriented and results-driven Sr. Talent Acquisition Specialist to oversee and manage the recruiting process. This role will be responsible for implementing and optimizing recruitment strategies, coordinating with hiring managers, and ensuring an efficient and effective recruitment pipeline.Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage the recruitment process. Develop and refine recruiting strategies to attract high-quality candidates with an emphasis on recruiting for culture fit and quality hiring. Coordinate with hiring managers to define role requirements, set expectations, and create job descriptions. Manage job postings across various job boards, social media platforms, and other recruitment channels. Utilize a variety of sourcing methods to attract top talent, including job boards, social media, and networking. Screen resumes, applications, and candidate profiles to shortlist qualified applicants. Conduct initial phone screenings and coordinate interviews with hiring teams. Schedule and manage candidate interviews, ensuring that all stakeholders are prepared and informed. Communicate with candidates about interview logistics, expectations, and next steps. Assist hiring managers in interview preparation and question development. Ensure a positive, seamless, and engaging experience for all candidates throughout the recruitment process. Provide timely and professional communication with candidates, keeping them updated on their status. Manage the offer process, including drafting and extending job offers. Coordinate pre-employment background checks, references, and other required documentation. Work with HR to ensure smooth candidate transition to onboarding. Track key recruitment metrics and generate regular reports. Use data to identify opportunities for process improvements and optimization. Maintain accurate records of candidate communications and outcomes in the applicant tracking system (ATS). Continuously evaluate and enhance recruitment processes to improve efficiency and candidate quality. Stay up-to-date with the latest recruiting trends, technologies, and best practices.Education and Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field preferred, or 5-7 years equivalent work experience. 3-5 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, with a focus on process management and candidate experience. Strong understanding of recruitment tools, job boards, and applicant tracking systems (ATS), ADP experience preferred Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple roles and candidates simultaneously. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities. Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.About CFS Brands:
