Job Description
Position Overview Thriving Lives Care is seeking a motivated, organized, and people-focused Marketing and Recruiter to help grow our care team and expand awareness of our services in the community. This role combines recruitment, outreach, relationship-building, and marketing support to attract qualified caregivers, strengthen community partnerships, and promote the mission of providing compassionate, dependable care. Key Responsibilities Recruiting Responsibilities Create and post caregiver and staff job openings on job boards, social media, community pages, and other recruiting channels. Source, screen, and contact applicants promptly to maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates. Conduct phone screenings and coordinate interviews with hiring managers or leadership. Assist with reference checks, background check coordination, on-boarding paperwork, and new hire communication. Assist new hires through the onboarding process to ensure required steps, paperwork, communication, and orientation are completed smoothly. Represent Thriving Lives Care professionally at job fairs, community events, schools, workforce centers, and networking opportunities. Track recruiting activity, applicant status, hiring progress, and follow-up needs. Support retention efforts through early check-ins with new hires and communication with staff during the onboarding period. Marketing Responsibilities Promote Thriving Lives Care's services to potential clients, families, referral partners, and community organizations. Build and maintain relationships with hospitals, clinics, senior centers, assisted living communities, social workers, case managers, and other referral sources. Assist with social media content, flyers, newsletters, outreach campaigns, and other marketing materials. Update and maintain company social media sites to reflect the positive efforts, community involvement, staff recognition, client-centered services, and mission of TLC. Help identify local marketing opportunities that increase visibility and generate client and caregiver (DSP) leads. Attend community events, networking meetings, and outreach visits to share information about Thriving Lives Care. Maintain a professional and compassionate brand voice in all communications. Track marketing outreach efforts, referral sources, and lead follow-up activities. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor's degree in marketing, business, human resources, communications, or a related field preferred. Previous experience in recruiting, marketing, sales, customer service, healthcare, home care, or community outreach preferred. Strong communication, follow-up, and relationship-building skills. Comfortable using job boards, social media, email, phone communication, and basic office software. Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and stay organized. Professional, friendly, and compassionate approach when speaking with candidates, clients, families, and community partners. Reliable transportation may be required for community outreach, job fairs, and local visits. Preferred Skills Experience recruiting caregivers, CNAs, home care aides, direct support professionals, or healthcare staff. Knowledge of home care, senior care, disability support services, or healthcare staffing. Basic graphic design or flyer creation experience. Experience with applicant tracking systems, CRM tools, or lead tracking spreadsheets. Bilingual skills are a plus. Work Environment and Schedule This position may include office work, phone and computer-based recruiting, local community outreach, and occasional attendance at events or job fairs. Schedule, pay, and employment status may be determined based on company needs and candidate experience.
