Job Description
Starting wage would be 20/hr+, tips ($5-$6/hr) + yearly bonus.
Expected workload would be 40-45 hr/week.
We always try to work with our teams' schedules to find the best work life balance for everyone, of course as a manager sometimes you will be expected to fill in. We're a small-town restaurant that is trying to expand and bring our focus of customer service, high quality ingredients and team focused culture to Hood River. We've been open for a little over a year now and have our bearings, but we still need to fill a very key role.
If you think that you're up for the challenge and the fun of building out a team and space, then throw your name in the hat! We still have a lot of freedom to refine processes and build new systems, it's a very exhilarating place to be and we'd love to have someone come into the position who is mature enough to understand why their opinion or new idea isn't always adopted, but still always is putting it out there. We firmly believe in the collective knowledge of our whole team to better our workplace and the service that we provide to the community. We have benefits including paid vacation, medical and retirement matching as well as a workspace that is very accommodating and team focused. If you think you're up for it, let us know. We will only be advertising for the position for a short while so get while the getting's good.
