Job Description:

Manage the full recruitment process from sourcing and screening to interviewing and hiring. Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruiting strategies. Source qualified candidates through job boards, social media, networking, referrals, and other channels. Conduct interviews and help identify candidates who are a strong fit for our team and culture. Coordinate interviews and support new-hire onboarding. Maintain accurate candidate and recruitment records. Help promote a positive candidate experience and strong employer brand. Support additional HR initiatives and projects as needed.
