In this role, you will own the entire recruitment lifecycle, building a lucrative book of business in the backbone of the American economy: Skilled Trades. From high-precision CNC machining to heavy industrial fabrication, you will be the bridge connecting elite craftsmen with the Lehigh Valley's top employers. Business Architect:
Identify and partner with premier industrial companies. You'll pitch services, negotiate contracts, and become an indispensable talent advisor to industry leaders. Master the
Hunt:
Use your discovery skills to find talent in traditional and unexpected places. You'll lead trade school events, conduct mock interviews, and mine for top performers through aggressive networking and referrals.
Consult & Close:
Manage the entire process from job order intake to the final handshake. You'll guide candidates through the journey and negotiate offers that land top-tier talent.
Market Influence:
Stay ahead of current trends to provide clients with deep market insights, helping them stay competitive in a high-demand talent landscape. Who You Are We are looking for a professional with grit , a competitive spirit, and a roll-up-your-sleeves attitude:
Experienced:
You have 2.5+ years of Full Desk Recruitment experience.
Driven:
You have a proven track record of generating new business and the "grit" to see daily tasks through to completion.
Expert Communicator:
You can talk shop with a shop foreman and negotiate terms with a CEO with equal professional polish.
Industry Savvy:
Familiarity with construction, manufacturing, or industrial terminology is highly preferred.
Organized:
You possess exceptional time management skills and can juggle multiple clients and job orders simultaneously.

Pay:
