Job Description
Overview (This role will be onsite Monday through Friday in our Camp Hill Distribution Center) We're seeking a dynamic and bilingual Recruiter to lead hourly hiring efforts for our Camp Hill Distribution Center. This onsite role offers a unique opportunity to help redesign and execute scalable recruiting practices. The ideal candidate will be passionate about connecting with the local community, developing strategic sourcing pipelines, and driving high-volume recruitment success. #LI-MN1 Responsibilities
- Track and report hiring progress, identify barriers, and proactively implement solutions to meet staffing goals.
- Drive attendance and hiring targets for orientation classes.
- Source, screen, and hire hourly candidates in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and local workforce development partners to ensure alignment throughout the hiring process.
- Represent the company at job fairs, community events, and other outreach activities to attract top talent.
- Collaborate with leadership to manage recruitment advertising budgets.
- Build and nurture local partnerships to enhance candidate sourcing efforts.
- Serve as the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) administrator for assigned locations, ensuring data accuracy and process efficiency.
- Stay informed and compliant with federal, state, and local employment laws.
- Support additional recruiting projects and initiatives as needed. Qualifications
- Proven experience in high-volume recruiting, preferably in distribution, manufacturing, or similar environments.
- Bilingual proficiency (English/Spanish preferred) to support diverse candidate populations.
- High attention to detail, with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented setting.
- High level of integrity, discretion, and professionalism.
- Skilled in managing multiple priorities and meeting deadlines.
- Proficiency with ATS platforms and Microsoft Office Suite.
