Job Description

Job Title:
Recruiter Job Description The Recruiter position is a long-term contract role with the potential to become permanent, though this is not guaranteed. This role involves full-cycle recruiting, managing everything from intake with hiring managers to sourcing, interview preparation, and feedback meetings. The recruiter will handle recruiting for production, management, professional roles, and other pressing positions requiring additional support. Responsibilities Meet with hiring managers to discuss open positions and provide insight and feedback on their requirements. Source candidates for various positions, including production, management, and professional roles. Guide candidates through the interview process, helping them prepare and understand expectations. Conduct debrief meetings with hiring managers post-interview to gather feedback and discuss expectations for presenting offers. Essential Skills 3+ years of experience in full-cycle recruitment. Experience in the manufacturing industry or recruiting for manufacturing facilities. Additional Skills & Qualifications Proficiency in full-cycle recruiting processes. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Work Environment The work environment is primarily office-based with occasional exposure to the manufacturing floor. The role operates Monday through Friday, offering flexible start and end times between 7:00 am
  • 4:00 pm or 8:00 am
  • 5:00 pm. Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Carlisle, PA. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $30.00
  • $31.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
