Job Description

The Senior Recruiter is responsible for the execution of talent acquisition for senior level and key roles across the Eagleville organization. The position manages the full recruiting lifecycle of these roles and is responsible for sourcing, assessing, interviewing, and hiring talent to meet the business needs of the organization and align with the mission and culture of Eagleville. This position will leverage active and passive methods to source and identify qualified candidates while partnering closely with the leadership team to ensure alignment with expectations of role. This individual will serve as a liaison between employers and candidates, understanding the needs of both to ensure a successful match. Objectives/Responsibility Lead full-cycle recruiting efforts for senior level and key roles across the organization. Develop and execute comprehensive sourcing strategies using multiple channels like online platforms, networking events, and professional connections as well as advanced search techniques to identify talent. Partner closely with hiring managers to understand business needs to define ideal candidate profiles, develop recruitment strategies, and manage the hiring process. Review resumes, conducting interviews, and evaluating candidates for qualifications, skills and fit with the organization's culture. Provide a positive and engaging experience for candidates throughout the recruitment process, from initial contact to offer acceptance. Build and maintain talent pipelines for critical roles before positions become available. Continuously identify areas for improvement in recruitment processes to optimize efficiency and candidate experience. Ability to address challenges and find solutions throughout the recruitment process. Ability to effectively network and build relationships with both candidates and hiring managers. Negotiate competitive salary and benefits packages with successful candidates and ensure a transparent offer process. Understanding of labor laws and regulations related to recruitment and hiring to ensure all hiring practices comply with company policy and legal regulations. Strong analytical skills with experience in recruitment metrics and data analysis to effectively provide driven insights needed to optimize the hiring process. Experience in healthcare preferred. Specialty certification is preferred.
