In this role, you will identify, engage, and secure top-tier talent within Construction Materials, Heavy Industry, and Civil Construction. This is a relationship-focused, full-cycle recruiting position where your ability to understand client culture, build trust, and deliver value will directly impact your success and income. You will manage the entire recruitment lifecycle while building long-term partnerships with both clients and candidates. Responsibilities Develop and execute targeted recruitment strategies aligned with client needs Build strong, consultative relationships with hiring managers and industry professionals Source and engage candidates through networking, referrals, cold outreach, and digital platforms Conduct in-depth candidate interviews to assess technical capability and cultural fit Present qualified candidates and provide market insight to clients Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from intake to offer acceptance Negotiate compensation packages and employment terms Maintain organized pipelines and activity tracking within Bullhorn (ATS/CRM) Provide a professional, seamless candidate experience from first contact through placement Build long-term talent pipelines within defined niche markets Experience & Qualifications Experience in recruiting, executive search, sales, or business development preferred Strong communication and relationship-building skills Ability to influence, negotiate, and close Comfortable with outbound outreach and proactive candidate engagement Highly organized and disciplined in managing multiple searches Experience with an ATS (Bullhorn preferred) is a plus Background or interest in Construction Materials, Heavy Industry, or Civil Construction is beneficial Recent college graduates with strong drive, competitiveness, and communication skills are encouraged to apply What We Offer Base salary plus commission Unlimited income potential Performance-driven growth opportunities Defined niche markets with repeat business Flexible work structure Direct impact on your personal and professional growth This opportunity is ideal for competitive, relationship-oriented professionals who want control over their income and long-term career growth in executive search.
