The position reports to the Manager, Talent Acquisition and will be located at the FirstEnergy in Reading, PA. Qualifications for aTalent Acquisition Representative II:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business or a related discipline and a minimum of 2 years relevant work experience is required.
- In lieu of a bachelor's degree, a minimum of 4 years of relevant work experience is required. Relevant work experience includes experience in Recruiting, Talent Acquisition, Talent Sourcing or Human Resources.
- Full-cycle recruiting experience for exempt, professional-level positions preferred.
- Demonstrated capabilities for successfully sourcing diverse slates of candidates is preferred.
- Experience using creative sourcing strategies and resume mining.
- Strong organizational and follow up skills with a high level of attention to detail.
- Outstanding negotiation and influencing skills.
- Sound interviewing, organizational, public relations, negotiation and communication skills.
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems. Experience with the SuccessFactors and/or Oracle ATS preferred.
- Excellent presentation skills to highlight FirstEnergy values, mission, strengths, and opportunities.
- Broad knowledge of Employment Laws and HR Policies.
- Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Superior written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong business acumen and analytical skills.
- Possess strong team building skills and be a positive contributor in a team environment.
