Job Description

Talent Acquisition Officer Salary Grade:
Manager I Location:
Main Street Corporate Office Duties:
Responsible for managing the Bank's full-cycle recruitment process for exempt and non-exempt positions. Partners with hiring managers to identify staffing needs, develop recruitment strategies, source candidates, conduct screenings, coordinate interviews, and facilitate the hiring process. Develops and maintains relationships with professional recruiters, colleges, universities, and community organizations to support workforce planning and talent pipeline development. Represents the Bank at career fairs, networking events, collegiate recruitment activities, and virtual job fairs. Coordinates pre-employment activities including background checks, employment verifications, and offer administration. Assists with employee onboarding and orientation activities to support a positive new hire experience. Maintains applicant tracking systems and recruitment records in compliance with applicable regulations and Bank policies. Monitors recruitment metrics and prepares reports related to hiring activity, candidate sourcing, and workforce trends. Supports succession planning, employer branding, and employee engagement initiatives. Ensures recruiting activities are conducted in accordance with federal, state, and local employment laws. Maintains confidentiality and professionalism in all aspects of the recruitment process. Performs other duties as assigned.
Skills:
Excellent communication, interviewing, organizational, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills. Strong attention to detail, project management abilities, and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, applicant tracking systems, and HRIS platforms. Ability to manage multiple priorities and represent the Bank professionally within the community.
Experience:
A minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, human resources, or a related field normally required. Banking or financial services recruiting experience preferred.
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field preferred. Equivalent combinations of education and experience may be considered.
