Position Overview Assisting Hands Home Care is seeking a full-time Staffing Recruiter / Scheduler to join our growing team. This role is responsible for recruiting, hiring, scheduling, and supporting caregivers while ensuring excellent service to our clients. The ideal candidate is organized, compassionate, customer-focused, and has prior caregiving experience. Key Responsibilities Recruit, interview, screen, and onboard qualified caregiver candidates. Conduct reference checks and maintain accurate hiring records. Manage caregiver and client schedules to ensure proper coverage. Communicate regularly with clients, families, and caregivers to provide exceptional customer service. Support caregiver retention through engagement, coaching, and follow-up. Maintain compliance and personnel records. Assist with caregiver orientation and on-site training as needed. Support caregiving services when necessary to meet client needs. Collaborate with leadership to ensure high-quality care and staffing coverage.
