Immediate About Us Unified Public Advocacy is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit dedicated to empowering communities through advocacy and public engagement. We are seeking passionate individuals to join our mission-driven team in Bucks County, PA. We are hiring a Recruiter/Trainer professional to support our recruitment efforts and administrative operations. This role involves sourcing and training talent, managing office tasks, and occasional travel to support outreach initiatives. You'll play a key role in building our team to advance our advocacy goals.
Responsibilities Recruitment:
Source, screen, and interview candidates for various roles within the organization.
Training:
Conduct onboarding and training sessions for new hires to align with our mission and operational needs.
Office Clerical Duties:
Manage schedules, maintain records, handle correspondence, and ensure smooth office operations.
Travel:
Occasional local and regional travel for recruitment events, community outreach, or training sessions (travel expenses covered).
Data Management:
Track recruitment metrics and maintain applicant databases.
Collaboration:
Work with leadership to refine hiring strategies and support advocacy initiatives.
Qualifications Experience:
Prior experience in recruitment, HR, or office administration preferred; nonprofit experience is a plus.
Skills:
Strong communication, organization, and interpersonal skills; proficiency in MS Office or similar tools.
Education:
High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in HR, business, or related field preferred.
Availability:
Willingness to travel occasionally (valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred).

Compensation & Benefits Hourly Rate:
