Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and versatile Onsite Recruiter to join our dynamic team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to manage end-to-end recruitment processes, collaborate with staffing agencies, and ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new hires. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment and possess excellent communication and organizational skills.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Partner with temporary staffing agencies to source and select qualified candidates for various roles
  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and coordinating assessments
  • Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the company
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment records and reports
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and employment laws throughout the hiring process
  • Support onboarding activities, including orientation sessions and documentation completion
Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in recruitment
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced setting
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and HR software
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
