Job Description
Skilled Trades Recruiter As a Skilled Trades Recruiter at Power, your responsibilities will center on enhancing our talent acquisition efforts, playing a direct role in Power's strategy for rapid expansion. You will play a key role in driving our installation capacity growth by attracting and engaging top talent across a wide range of skilled trades opportunities. Working closely with department leadership, you'll receive mentorship and guidance that is unparalleled, positioning you to significantly exceed our strategic hiring objectives.
Responsibilities:
Work collaboratively with a team of recruiters to support national skilled trades and operations hiring needs. Multi-task effectively to manage various tasks simultaneously. Prioritize tasks to meet deadlines and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines. Operate effectively in a metrics-driven environment, which includes tracking phone calls, interviews, and placements. Maintain excellent relationships with Hiring Managers to understand their needs and ensure a smooth hiring process. Establish and maintain strong relationships with candidates to enhance their experience and ensure alignment with job requirements.Qualifications:
Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred Ability to work in office full time Must be driven by candidate satisfaction Comfortable working in a metrics-driven environment Must have strong organizational, verbal, written, and follow-up skills. Ability to build and maintain relationships with hiring managers and candidates to ensure a smooth and effective recruitment process Prior experience in recruitment, sales, or the trades preferred Openness to receiving guidance and mentorship, with a focus on personal and professional growth Ability to handle multiple responsibilities without losing focus on attention to detail 1-2 years professional experienceSalary and Benefits:
