Direct Hire position $19.00 /annually Full Time work available First Shift (Monday through Friday from 08:00am to 05:00am) Recruit, screen, interview, and place candidates in light-industrial positions. Source talent through job boards, social media, referrals, and community outreach. Support candidates and employees in both English and Spanish. Coordinate onboarding, orientations, pre-employment requirements, and start dates. Partner with branch and client teams to meet staffing and fill goals.

Bilingual Staffing Recruiter-Reading, PA Qualifications:

Bilingual in English and Spanish, with the ability to communicate effectively with candidates and employees in both languages. Previous experience in recruiting, staffing, human resources, customer service, or a fast-paced people-focused environment preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interview candidates, build relationships, and provide an excellent candidate experience. Highly organized and able to manage multiple priorities, high-volume hiring needs, deadlines, and administrative responsibilities in a fast-paced environment. Comfortable using applicant tracking systems, job boards, Microsoft Office, and other recruiting technology, with the ability to quickly learn new systems.
