Duties Manage end-to-end recruiting processes, including candidate sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding for multiple roles across the organization Utilize talent management software and applicant tracking systems (ATS) such as UltiPro or Taleo to track candidate progress and maintain organized records Develop and execute strategic sourcing plans using social media marketing (recruitment), cold calling, and campus recruitment techniques to attract high-quality candidates Conduct interviews with candidates, assess skills and cultural fit, and facilitate employment & labor law compliance throughout the hiring process Build strong relationships with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and provide expert guidance on talent acquisition strategies Lead high volume recruitment initiatives by coordinating job fairs, employee orientation sessions, and external recruiting events Support employee relations, employee evaluation processes, and succession planning efforts to foster a positive workplace environment Requirements Proven experience in full cycle recruiting, technical recruiting, or executive recruiting within a fast-paced environment Strong negotiation skills with the ability to effectively manage candidate expectations and employer branding efforts Knowledge of HR sourcing techniques, employment law in talent management, and HR legal compliance standards Familiarity with talent management software such as UltiPro or Taleo; experience with HR systems like Paychex is a plus Excellent communication skills to engage candidates via social media marketing (recruitment), cold calling, and relationship management Ability to handle high volume recruitment demands while maintaining attention to detail and quality standards Experience in training & development initiatives, employee orientation programs, and HR legal frameworks related to employment law Join us in shaping a vibrant workforce by leveraging your talent acquisition expertise!
