Key Responsibilities:

Candidate Recruitment & Placement Source, screen, and interview job seekers. Evaluate candidate skills and experience to determine the best job matches. Provide job coaching and guidance to help candidates prepare for interviews. Follow up with placed candidates to ensure successful job retention. Client Engagement & Sales Meet with local business clients to understand their staffing needs. Take thorough job orders and coordinate client interviews. Proactively conduct outbound sales calls to generate new business. Develop and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing clients. Administrative Duties Accurately enter and update candidate and client information in employment databases. Schedule interviews and manage follow-up communications. Prepare and submit regular reports on recruitment activities and placement outcomes. Team Collaboration Work closely with your internal team to achieve overall staffing goals. Participate in training sessions and networking events. Assist with additional office functions as needed.
