Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and organized Part-Time Recruiter to support our hiring efforts by sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates for various positions. The ideal candidate has excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and experience managing multiple recruitment activities in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Source candidates through job boards, social media, networking, and employee referrals. Review resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates. Conduct phone and virtual interviews to assess candidate qualifications. Schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers. Communicate with candidates throughout the recruitment process. Prepare and post job advertisements on various recruitment platforms. Assist with job offers, background checks, and onboarding activities. Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future openings. Ensure compliance with company policies and employment regulations.
Qualifications:
High school diploma required; bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field preferred. Previous recruiting, staffing, or HR experience. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Excellent organizational and time management abilities. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and applicant tracking systems. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
Schedule:
Part-time (typically 15-20 hours per week) Flexible schedule may be available based on business needs.
Preferred Skills:
Experience with online recruiting platforms such as LinkedIn and Indeed. Knowledge of employment laws and hiring best practices. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
