Description We are looking for an experienced Recruiter to support hiring efforts in Pennsylvania. This Long-term Contract position will focus on managing the recruitment lifecycle, building strong candidate pipelines, and partnering with hiring leaders to identify talent needs. The ideal candidate brings a strong background in corporate recruiting and can effectively handle high-volume hiring demands while maintaining a positive candidate experience.
Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end recruitment activities from intake discussions through offer coordination and onboarding support.
- Develop targeted sourcing strategies to attract candidates with relevant experience across a range of positions and hiring volumes.
- Partner closely with hiring managers to define role expectations, align on candidate profiles, and provide market feedback.
- Review applications, conduct initial candidate assessments, and advance top talent through the interview process.
- Maintain accurate candidate records and workflow activity within the applicant tracking system.
- Manage multiple open requisitions at once while ensuring timely communication with candidates and internal stakeholders.
- Build and sustain talent pipelines for current openings and future workforce needs.
- Monitor recruiting progress and share updates on pipeline health, interview activity, and hiring outcomes. Requirements
- Proven experience in full-cycle recruiting within a corporate environment.
- Strong sourcing skills with the ability to identify and engage candidates through multiple channels.
- Background supporting high-volume recruitment while maintaining attention to detail and responsiveness.
- Hands-on experience using an applicant tracking system to manage requisitions and candidate activity.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with hiring managers and other internal partners.
- Strong communication, organization, and time management skills.
- Capacity to balance competing priorities and adapt in a fast-paced hiring environment.
