What You'll Do:

Office Duties:

Handle checks, applications, scanning, referrals, Outlook, Excel, Microsoft Office, data entry, answering calls, and scheduling appointments

Recruiting:

Source and connect with candidates nationwide for exciting roles Handle inbound/outbound recruiting calls, review resumes, and guide candidates through the application process Assist with I-9 completions and E-Verification to maintain compliance Build strong relationships with clients and collaborate with Account Managers to ensure timely order fulfillment Keep accurate notes and manage job orders in our ATS system

What We're Looking For:

Must be Bilingual (English and Spanish) 1

• 3 years of staffing/recruiting experience in a temporary labor market (light industrial, administrative, and hospitality preferred) At least 1 year of general office and computer experience Outgoing personality with strong customer service skills Proficient in web applications, Microsoft Word, and Excel Ability to work independently and as part of a team Experience sourcing candidates through social media and community resources
