Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Bilingual Recruiter to join our team on a long-term contract. This role can be remote. In this role, you will drive full-cycle recruitment efforts to attract and secure top talent across various departments, including engineering and corporate functions. Your expertise in sourcing, onboarding, and managing recruitment processes will be key to ensuring the organization's hiring goals are met effectively.
Responsibilities:
  • Lead full-cycle recruitment efforts, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding candidates for corporate and engineering roles.
  • Develop and execute talent acquisition strategies to meet organizational hiring needs.
  • Utilize applicant tracking systems to manage candidate pipelines and ensure seamless communication throughout the hiring process.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and create compelling job postings.
  • Build strong relationships with candidates, ensuring a positive experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Manage visa processes for international candidates, ensuring compliance with legal requirements.
  • Conduct recruitment activities in both English and Spanish to reach a diverse talent pool.
  • Analyze recruitment metrics and provide insights to improve hiring practices.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and best practices in recruitment.
  • Support onboarding initiatives to ensure new hires integrate smoothly into the organization.
